Abstract 

In this paper, I reflect on the potential for improvement in the Knowledge and Scholarly Thinking domain, choose subdomains to be developed, and create goals for professional development in the domain. General skills are necessary in order to work with subordinates, troubleshoot, sell ideas, and provide leadership to departments and businesses. Keywords: Domain, subdomains, skills.

Professional Development Framework 

Drawing upon all that I have so far learned from this course and throughout my own career, I can identify significant room for improvement in this area. I am continually looking for new avenues of growth to support sustainable business success. Professionalism is a great quality to work towards, because it means that you are able to perform your job to the best of your ability, impress and inspire others, and experience a deep sense of satisfaction and self-esteem. The hardest aspect of this course has been becoming accustomed to writing at the doctoral level. Proper APA paper formatting has been a recent issue for me, but with practice, I am learning how to include and cite sources correctly. The easiest aspect of this course was the clear instructions that led me through different assessments. I know I need to continue practicing my writing skills, although my biggest strength is my research abilities. I might be unable to meet up with some ideas at first, but via extensive reading, I am capable of acquiring great knowledge.

 Subdomains and Goals 

Personal branding and ontological humility are among the subdomains through which I aspire to expand more. In relation to ontological humility, my target is to demonstrate how reality is right, arrive at the right belief, and acquire acceptance through this domain. For personal branding, my goal is to create a unique brand for myself within the market and acquire the job I have always desired. To attain the above goals, I plan to create good habits and develop a positive attitude so that I can keep being resolute. I will also spend sufficient time researching my options.

 Reflecting on My Chosen Specialization

As I have selected the specialization in the Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and Development, it will be a new learning experience for me. The practical orientation of the program will be useful, providing opportunities to apply what is learned from discussions, research, and independent study. In order to achieve doctoral studies, I must be self-directed, motivated, and highly concentrated, as I am solely responsible for my own achievement. This accreditation is appropriate to my future in business, offering different perspectives of business. In reviewing past experiences with employers, I have been able to select a career that I would love. We all believe that we only have one ideal job appropriate for us, but indeed there are some acceptable alternatives.

Advice for Staying Motivated To continue being motivated, I visualize my goals so that I can continue to be encouraged and make progress.

 Strategies for Staying Motivated

Keeping a strong group of past professional contacts has been a gigantic help, such as my professional development instructor from my undergraduate studies, who has helped me do as much as I have in my career. My kids at times prove to be a distraction, yet I find a way to balance my needs and obligations. Motivation happens to be one of the key tactics that I use to excel, and I also know that success to a large extent depends on how one is able to remain and get motivated all the time. The DBA graduate expectations reflect the individual and good leader that I am developing. I am sure because I have overcome some of the most difficult challenges. Never quitting is extremely vital.
