Long-Term and Short-Term Plans

Planning is one of the basic functions of organizational success management, both short- and long-term (Rosava, 2022). Likewise, personal development is based on a good plan to attain career objectives (Greeko and Craiser, 2020).

BUS FPX 4993 Assessment 4:Long-Term Goal

In the next five years, I wish to attain a management position in my present organization, oversee customer accounts, and foster customer relationships (Rossouw, 2022). Economically, my aim is to create a real estate guide in the Philippines, diversify your investment portfolio, and ensure passive income streams (Greeko and Craiser, 2020). In order to achieve these objectives, I must complete the pertinent academic degree and training programs, which will fill me with skills needed for management positions (Greeko and Craerer, 2020).

Short-Term Goals

Short-term objectives consist of enrollment in a master’s degree to boost management capacity (Jackson and Tomlin, 2020). Moreover, I intend to be involved in the development programs launched by my company to enhance expertise (Richardson & McCaina, 2020). Economically, the objective is to settle outstanding loans and save savings through wise investment (Greek and Craererer, 2020).

Conclusion

A successful short-term plan is incorporated to realize long-term objectives and calls for a clear understanding of probable impediments and active mitigating measures (Rosaav, 2022). In order to apply systematic plans and unforeseen challenges, individuals can proceed to both professional and personal aspirations.
