BUS FPX 4012 Assessment 2

Assessment Overview

BUS FPX 4012 Assessment 2 This interview pitch explores rigidity and mastery of change—crucial themes from Chapter 4 of Kevin Cashman’s work on leadership. The interview will involve two elderly directors—a vice president of IT and a chief growth officer—from private enterprises in the defense sector, both sharing anonymously. The thing is to understand how leaders manage change, handle heads, and encourage rigidity in their associations.

Interview Pitch

The very nature of human ability, what makes us different from other animals and even the most sophisticated machines, is our capacity to adapt. Our ability to adapt has been the epitome of our advancement throughout history, from the creation of crucial tools to epic collaborative efforts such as the Apollo space program. According to this spirit, I intend to interview based on mastery of change, as outlined in chapter 4 of Cashman’s book. The interviewees consist of a vice president of IT and a chief growth officer from mid-sized private firms that conduct business in the defense sector.

Both of them have agreed to participate anonymously, with an interview on Friday, March 11th, each for 30 minutes.
