Introduction

The Lakeland Clinical Branch Facility, designed to space out medical care services to the community, registered a distinguished reduction in understanding participation after an optimistic starting phase. A comprehensive internal review revealed that a vast section of representatives persisted with concerns associated with variety, working environment conditions, and the ratio between serious and recreational activities. These concerns, plus feedback from the neighborhood community, pointed toward the need for an intentional effort to promote understanding and trust among occupants and staff in the center. 

Mission Statement

The purpose of the Lakeland Clinical Branch Center is formed in the belief that every person’s experience and beliefs should be honored and respected in the field of medical care.  We are dedicated to eliminating separation and building a culture of care, respect, and community in our center.

Introduction to the Team

Ana Erie is dedicated to helping every member of the group and answering their questions and concerns. Every coworker was selected on the basis of being able to fill in and work with minimal supervision. For us to accomplish our objectives, decisions will be made jointly, and all collective ideas will be considered.

Communication Expectations

The day will start with standard morning meetings, and connecting meetings weekly will offer great chances for colleagues to review progress, work on issues, and share ideas.

Google Drive will be the platform for discovery, input, and document sharing, ensuring equal access to information. Google Schedule will complement using time wisely and visibility of colleagues’ availability for collaboration. Gmail and Talk will be utilized for texting and emailing individually, with Zoom for virtual meetings when needed.
